Employment Law

Keeping pace with Employment Law is tough, Click HR Ltd can support your business understand, prepare and continue operating in an uncertain world.

In recent years employers have had to cope with a large number of changes introduced through Government legislation as well as from Europe. Including enhanced maternity rights, paternity rights, changes to the National Minimum Wage, the impending introduction of the Living Wage, Data Protection, The Human Rights Act, changes in Health and Safety Law, new TUPE legislation, the Working Time Directive and tightening of discrimination legislation, to name just some of the key ones.

All in all, in the last decade, there have been more than a 100 different regulations introduced against business, covering everything from disability discrimination to noise at work. This pace of change shows no sign of abating, with 14 new regulations introduced in the last year. Within this environment it is perhaps unsurprising that many employers feel overwhelmed and uncertain of their ground as to what rights exist and the margins of those rights. This point was echoed by the British Chamber of Commerce which has asked for a three year moratorium on new employment legislation.

At Click HR Ltd we work hard to keep on top of these changes for you. We work with our clients monitoring legislative changes, procedural amendments and ensuring that the support we provide is considerate of change.

In addition we can provide specifically designed services to help you manage your business and seek to offer you piece of mind that it is protected.

  • Seminars – attend one of our seminars on the latest changes in legalisation.
  • Audits of contractual documents.
  • Case advice – ongoing support for clients which is in line with current legislation.
